With a Mindfulness workshop coming up, we thought it would be a good idea to give you a sense of what to expect….


10:00am      Welcome and Introduction to Mindfulness Talk

10:15am    Body Scan Practice (Guided meditation practice – lying on soft mats)

11:00am    Tea/Coffee and Scones

11:15am    Walking Meditation

11:45am    Sitting Meditation

12:30pm     Mindfulness in everyday life discussion

This workshop is suitable to beginners, with no experience of meditation needed before the day.  Also suitable for anyone who already meditates and is looking to boost their practice and meet like-minded people.
