Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a renowned 8 week programme developed by Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn at the Centre for Mindfulness, University of Massachusetts Medical School. The program gives participants a thorough grounding in mindfulness practice and the skills to be able to integrate mindfulness into everyday life. It involves eight evening classes plus one Saturday workshop.
