Keith Horan

Keith has been practicing and teaching meditation for over 15 years. He has an MSc in Mindfulness-based Approaches from the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice in Bangor University, Wales.

He has spent the past ten years teaching Geography and Science in Calasanctius College, Oranmore, Co. Galway.

Mindfulness practice has been a core part of his life and passing on that practice is something he is passionate about.

He is particularly interested in teaching mindfulness to school teachers and students and feels that a mindfulness practice is a basic skill that all our young people should be introduced to.  He is trained to deliver the .B program which is the most successful mindfulness course developed for Secondary school students.

Keith adheres to the UK Network for Mindfulness-based Teachers Good Practice Guidelines. This involves receiving regular supervision sessions as well as taking part in ongoing training and annual retreat.

Amanda Horan


Amanda is a long time Yoga and Mindfulness practitioner. She completed a two year Yoga Teacher Training with the Galway Yoga and Meditation Centre in 2007 and has been teaching since then.

She is currently studying with Lisa Peterson  on an Advanced Teacher Training program which she will complete in summer 2016.  Amanda has trained to deliver the Paws B program, a mindfulness program specifically designed for primary school students.

Amanda sees Yoga and Mediation as a wonderful opportunity to connect with ourselves.  Her yoga classes can be found at
