Amanda is a long time Yoga and Mindfulness practitioner. She completed a two year Yoga Teacher Training with the Galway Yoga and Meditation Centre in 2007 and has been teaching since then.
She is currently studying with Lisa Peterson on an Advanced Teacher Training program which she will complete in summer 2016. Amanda has trained to deliver the Paws B program, a mindfulness program specifically designed for primary school students.

Keith and Amanda live in Kinvara with their 3 wonderful children.
